APRIL 24 – Israel Trip. Informational meeting at Sunnyside from 7:00-9:00 p.m. concerning a 9-day inspirational tour to Israel being planned by Bruce Carter and Carl Green of Global Training Network for March 16-24, 2018. Contact for more information.


APRIL 30 – For Pete’s Sake Cancer Walk at Citizens Bank Park. We’ll be having our normal worship gatherings that day. However, if you want to walk, go to and register under Team Valley View. NARCOTICS ANONYMOUS GROUP   Valley View is pleased to host a weekly Narcotics Anonymous support group called H.A.L.O. (Helping Addicts Lose the Obsession) on Wednesday evenings from 6:45-8:00 for those struggling with or recovering from addiction to any substance, including alcohol. Contact the Valley View church office for more info. 

COUNSELING AVAILABLE AT SUNNYSIDE   Three counselors from The Peacemaker Center offer 50-minute counseling sessions by appointment at Sunnyside. Scholarships are available, based on income.

  • Adam Hoover is a graduate of Biblical Seminary’s counseling program. Adam enjoys counseling men, married couples, and life coaching. Contact

PERPETUAL FOOD DRIVE   We collect food for food banks in Phoenixville and Schwenksville. Please place any donations in the containers in our lobby.

OLD CELL PHONES & EMPTY INK CARTRIDGES NEEDED  Valley View is partnering with Pamoza International to collect old cell phones and empty ink cartridges for recycling. Pamoza, which means together, works with families in Malawi, Africa, by sharing the love of Jesus while improving their access to food, education, health care, and sources of income. Money from the recycling program will support three school farms, which are used to feed nearly 1,200 students each school day. A container for you to donate old cell phones and empty ink cartridges is in our lobby.

AUGUST 3-9, HUMANKIND WATER MISSION TRIP.  A six-day mission trip to the Dominican Republic, led by Bruce Carter, is being planned in partnership with Humankind Water. Applicants must be 16 or older, in good health, with willing, servant hearts. For more info, contact
